Music Performance
Live music is an essential element for setting the mood and amplifying emotion. Whether you are celebrating love, saying goodbye to someone dear, or simply marking life in general, music can be what grounds and shapes the feelings of the moment.
I have built a broad network of musicians and performers who are ready to deliver high-quality performances for a wide range of settings. Below you can read about different ensembles that can be assembled:
Solo/Smaller Ensembles
1-3 Musicians
These ensembles work very well for weddings, funerals, and other occasions that call for a more intimate and subdued atmosphere. Below are some examples of formats that can be arranged:
-SSolo vocalist with accompaniment (for example, a singer accompanying themselves on piano or guitar)
-Two vocalists with accompaniment
-Solo instrumentalist with accompaniment (for example, a violinist with piano)
-Trio band (for example, a singer playing piano, bassist, and drummer)
Band/Større Ensembler
4+ musikere
As ensembles become larger, they also become more flexible in terms of expression and genre. These formats are well suited for events where a lot is happening—such as private parties, birthdays, wedding receptions, conferences, Christmas parties, and more. The ensembles vary significantly at this level and can be adapted based on needs and budget. Below are some examples of possible formats:
-PONGO. A band consisting of five musicians: Frida Aksnes Vada (vocals), Isak Sæheim (piano, vocals, backing vocals, percussion), Andreas Aronsen (guitar, acoustic guitar, backing vocals), Oscar Tunsberg (bass, backing vocals), and Adrian Cornelius Lindgjerdet Vikan (drums, percussion, backing vocals). The setlist is generally flexible, but mainly consists of rehearsed 1970s and 1980s repertoire.
-PONGO+. An expanded lineup consisting of PONGO, with additional horn players.
-Other constellations can be set up on demand.
These suggestions are only examples. In general, all lineups are flexible in terms of genre. Prices vary depending on the number of musicians, rehearsal time, travel, equipment requirements, and performance duration.
